Tests and Results

Results

You can get the results of blood tests, swabs, urine tests and x-rays which have been requested by your doctor, nurse or pharmacist online or by contacting the admin team through the main surgery number, 01452 899 762, option 3 Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 13:00.

Please leave 3 working days after having your test before ringing for the results. You should wait 7 days before ringing for x-ray results as these take longer as the hospital radiologists review and report these. Some blood tests take a week or more and the results of investigations such as 24 hour ECGs and hearing tests may take several weeks.

If a test is requested by a hospital specialist then they will receive the results and will be responsible for informing you.
