We wanted to share with you details of FREE Parent Support Group that are running in the Forest of Dean, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud and remotely from September 2022 over a course of 6 weeks, for parents/carers of children between the ages of 11-18 within Gloucestershire.
Ticplus have already run groups through the last year and these have proved really successful. Parents/carers’ have given amazing feedback on how helpful, informative and supportive they have found the course. The group is designed to inform and support parents, helping them to understand their child’s distress and discover effective strategies to improve their resilience. The group is also an opportunity for parents going through similar experiences to encourage, support and learn from each other in a safe and friendly environment.
